I found this quite by accident, but just today a new single was released by a band called The Wolfmen--whose guitarist is Marco Pirroni!--and it features Sinead on guest vocals. It's called "Jackie, Is it My Birthday?".

I've found two different download versions: iTunes US (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZSt … p;s=143441) has a 3:40 edit, and 7digital.com (http://us.7digital.com/artists/the-wolfmen-(1)/jackie-is-it-my-birthday-featuring-sinead-oconnor/) has a 7:21 one. I've downloaded both.

The Wolfmen's site shop (http://www.thewolfmen.net/#/shop/4530719977) lists a CD single and limited-edition 7" vinyl single to be released on September 7th. The song will also be on The Wolfmen's next album.
